Ways to hire us.

We offer flexible engagement options designed to fit your project needs, budget, and preferred working style. To make your experience seamless, we’ve created several ways for you to work with us—each tailored to different levels of support and involvement. Whether you’re seeking full-service guidance or just a professional by your side, our goal is to provide clear, convenient, and confident solutions for every stage of your project.

1. Introductory Consultation.

While not everyone needs this step we offer a 60 to 90 minute 360º consult to discuss your project. This wide open session invites you to ask me anything. Decide what to focus on, explore some crazy ideas you’ve had, discuss ballpark costs and get a professional opinion on how to frame a project.

2. Flat project rate.

Flat project rate.

This is by far the most common way that we work. We meet for an initial paid consultation. We provide a proposal for the project including design hours for the scope of work we agree upon the work which we complete in three prepaid phases. Purchases billed are with a percentage added on to our cost as a supervision fee.

3. By the hour.

By the hour.

We’ll start with a deposit of 40 plus hours and then bill you monthly. For hours incurred. All purchases are billed with a percentage added on to our cost as a supervision fee

4. Designer by your side.

Designer by your side.

Just need a little advice and feel you can do much of this on your own? We pre-bill the first 5, 10 or 20 hours then pre-bill for each additional 5 hours as needed. All purchases are billed with a percentage added on to our cost as a supervision fee

We’ll make steady progress toward the end goal.

We have been managing design projects for decades and know how things should progress in order to get great results. Using our well-honed iterative process that includes critical presentations and approvals throughout, help us stay on track with your expectations and the quality of the execution.
